-strawberries
-walnuts and blueberries covered in unfiltered raw honey
-aged gouda (3+ years)
-persille du malzieu herve mons bleu
-cypress grove midnight moon
pair with a nice belgian quad st. bernardus abt 12 does the trick but a rochefort 10 or westvleteren abt 12 will do much better.
or of course... a home brewed dubbel or quad!
